This Youth Month, BPESA members have showcased their incredible dedication to upskilling, reskilling, and future skilling the youth, leading to remarkable progress in several career journeys. Waseem Koopman from EXL: Rising Star

Waseem Koopman’s journey from the Shadow Careers programme to a successful career at EXL is nothing short of inspiring. Graduating at the end of 2022, Waseem started as a Customer Service Advisor and quickly climbed the ranks to become a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Within six months of taking calls, I became the top performer within my campaign and was promoted to Quality Analyst.
