Quantanite's Client-Centric Approach and Remarkable Employee Development Initiatives Transforming BPO Landscape

The company currently have delivery centres in South Africa and Bangladesh as well as dedicated account management locations throughout Europe and the United States. This includes support on the day to day requirements as well as building a long-term relationship that gets to the crux of the key challenges which each business faces.

Because of their commitment to understanding their customer’s culture and business requirements  they are equally focussed on creating a atmosphere for skills, learning and development.  To this end in recent developments they are delighted to share some remarkable achievements that have recently taken place within Quantanite. Through collaborative efforts with training organisations, Quantanite extended the opportunity to further their education to several individuals in two distinct fields.

Business Administration: Five individuals living with disabilities, who were previously unemployed, were selected for a fully-funded qualification recognised by SAQA. Over the course of a year, they engaged in studies while simultaneously gaining practical experience in their fields of interest. We are thrilled to share that, upon completion, most of these learners secured permanent positions within Quantanite starting from July 2023

Generic Management: Eighteen talented individuals from our Quantanite team, demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities, were chosen for a one-year fully-funded qualification in Generic Management. Five of these individuals graduated and their dedication and hard work paid off significantly, as many of them have since been promoted to leadership roles within the company.
