The Knowledge Partnership Masterclass Series Returns.

The Knowledge Partnership Masterclass Series returns with the aim of leveraging tkg’s collective robust global knowledge to up-skill BPESA members. We aim to provide guidance on how to build organisational capability and gain further exposure in the international marketplace. Our educational and interactive masterclasses will cover both micro and macro elements, including people, process and technology. The series will be hosted by experienced subject-matter practitioners, including the tkg Exec and sector-professional guests.

Other masterclasses in this series:

• Understanding the Buying Cycle: A procurement perspective, how companies buy services in core source markets. Click here to watch the recording:
• Succeeding within the GBS Sector: How emerging channels and platforms can work for your organisation. Click here to watch the recording:
• Making the Most of Opportunities: Effective selling and how best to position for success, commercials and win themes

Our third masterclass will explore the topic of Doing the Things That Matter on Wednesday 16th November at 10.00am. During this masterclass, the speakers will discuss solutioning to service delivery, and what really matters to clients, including WFM and QA. The masterclass will take place via Zoom.

Keep an eye out for BPESA emails and social media posts to find out more about the masterclass series and how you can register to attend. We would like these masterclasses to be as collaborative as possible, so please come prepared with questions. If you can't make the live session, the recording including the Q&A will be made available on BPESA's YouTube page.

We look forward to seeing you there.
