The Knowledge Partnership Masterclass Series Returns.

The Knowledge Partnership Masterclass Series returns with the aim of leveraging tkg’s collective robust global knowledge to up-skill BPESA members. We aim to provide guidance on how to build organisational capability and gain further exposure in the international marketplace. Our educational and interactive masterclasses will cover both micro and macro elements, including people, process and technology. The series will be hosted by experienced subject-matter practitioners, including the tkg Exec and sector-professional guests.

Our second masterclass will explore the topic of Succeeding within the GBS Sector on Wednesday 10th August at 10.00am. During this masterclass, the speakers will discuss how emerging channels and platforms can work for your organisation. The masterclass will take place via Zoom.
Please note that this masterclass is for SMME members only; an enterprise that has less than 250 employees and an annual turnover that is less than R220 million. The masterclass series is specifically designed to support emerging, small and medium sized organisations (BPO Operators) who are either domestic South African Operators or have a local operation with small global footprint and are looking to scale and expand into the global market.
