BPESA DTI ROADSHOW

The BPESA team, joined by the dti, toured the country in March, demonstrating the commitment of Government to the Sector and to BPESA, as Industry Body, and highlighting the importance of a collaborative approach to the development of the Sector.

The dti team addressed upcoming changes to the BPO Incentive Scheme, the new BPO value proposition, and the plans for investment promotion for the year ahead. The BPESA team introduced the new National EXCO, regional representatives and key partners as well as outlined the roadmap for the next five years. We concluded with a call to action for industry role players to join the BPO Sector Association as members to jointly define and shape the future of the Sector.
