Supported by Thought Leaders and Captains of Industry, delegates will have access to panel discussions, knowledge-sharing workshops, Masterclasses, BPO site visits, networking sessions, and of course a celebration of our world class talent at the annual BPESA Alchemy Awards Banquet.

Tickets for our early bird promotion will be available starting from August 1, 2023. After that, standard ticket rates will be in effect, beginning from September 26, 2023.

The Annual BPESA GBS Alchemy Awards will identify and reward professionals and organisations for their outstanding achievements in the sector, celebrating vision and upholding the spirit of Achievement and excellence. We will celebrate and showcase the Global Business Service (GBS) sector talent in South Africa.

The objective of the awards is to highlight top performers in their respective fields while focusing on growing the South African economy and creating an environment conducive for job-creation. The awards are a mark of honour where excellence from entrants across the GBS Sector is acknowledged and celebrated – we look forward to receiving your entry.

This year to further support the remarkable growth the industry has experienced, BPESA in collaboration with CapeBPO, are launching the annual awards for both the Western Cape and National community as two separate celebrations but aligned across categories and criteria. We extend an invitation to industry to join us in celebrating the excellence of individuals and organizations in our industry.

To ensure consistency for both Awards BPESA and CapeBPO entrants, categories and criteria have been aligned. Only entrants based in the Western Cape will be required to submit their entries across both CapeBPO and BPESA platforms. The remaining regions only need to submit their entries on the BPESA awards portal.

• Award Entry System Overview Webinar – 27 July 2023
• Awards Portal Open for Entries – 01 August 2023
• The Awards Entry Deadline - Portal Closes – 25 August 2023
• Judging – 29 August 2023 to 22 September 2023. Judges are made up of an independent national and international team.
• Shortlist Interviews – 02 October 2023 to 16 October 2023
• Winners announced – 09 November 2023
