Join IAOP, and hundreds of industry professionals, as we meet again on February 17-19, 2020, at the Renaissance Orlando in Orlando, Florida to talk all things transformation in the world of collaborative partnerships (like outsourcing, shared services, GBS).

Tech has taken over the way business is done. Robotics are more sophisticated. A.I. and machine learning are driving automation with never-before-seen accuracy. The workforce and the workplace is evolving. Everything from product development to talent and everything in between is affected. Adaptability and agility are critical in order for businesses to remain competitive in the shifting technological culture. It’s simply not logical to bring all these new specialties in-house. This is where IAOP, the Summit and collaborative partnerships come in.

Time flies quickly and technology transforms things even quicker. To put this into perspective, customer expectations - which is at the heart of every business, has evolved from a segmentation approach to something completely personalized. To achieve this differentiator, businesses must build robust eco-systems with elements like co-creation with entrepreneurs, cognitive organizations, business models, trust & value creation, and accelerated adoption at a paradigm pace.

As we enter the third decade of this millennium, the 28th edition of the NASSCOM Technology and Leadership Forum (NTLF), with the theme Tech in 20s: Coming of Age will focus on how the next decade is likely to play out in helping businesses accelerate innovation and deliver value, thereby creating a winning enterprise.

4th Quarterly Skill Forum - The final BPESA skills forum for the 2019 calendar year will take place from 11am to 1pm on December the 11th as a virtual conference meeting.

Date:     11 December 2019
Time:     11h00 – 13h00
Venue: Virtual Room – Seating is limited, so please indicate your interest to join and a link will be shared with you.

Seats will be allocated on a first response system - Please note that paid-up BPESA members will be offered seats first.

The main purpose of this session is to launch the redesigned BPESA Skills Portal, a web-based tool that enables operators and training providers to find each other in an easy to use “virtual directory and skills marketplace”.

Operators and training providers will be shown how to register and create their own profiles on the portal and then to use the portal to: showcase training programmes that address the various skills identified in the BPESA future skills framework; and for operators to source training programmes and providers by searching according to skills and role categories.

The BPESA Skills Portal is one of the enablers of the GBS Skills Strategy aimed to make available training programmes, for current and future skills, highly visible in the marketplace.

Training providers wishing to participate in future skills development programmes, managed by BPESA, will all need to be registered on the Portal.

I encourage you to all attend this session, to register on the portal and make use of it thereafter as we implement and scale up initiatives and technology enablers for a sustainable GBS skills ecosystem.
