As the Trade Body and Sector Association for the South African Global Business Services (GBS) sector, BPESA is acutely aware of the current global shifts in business brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. In this fast-paced time of change, we decided to gather input from our members and operators regarding best practice guidelines and the impact of the pandemic on their business process outsourcing and services (BPO/S).
