BPeSA accepts organisational membership applications.
Organisations eligible for BPeSA membership include:

  • • Any organisation participating within or servicing the BPO and Call Centre Sector
  • • Captive BPO / Call Centres
  • • Outsource BPO / Call Centres
  • • Third Party Service Suppliers / Vendors supplying the captives / outsourcers
  • • Affiliate members: Vendors who operate across sectors, environments and that provide services to the BPO


BPeSA membership operates at a national level.
BPeSA commits to its Articles of Association, Code of Practice and Governance.
