BPeSA is the national association for companies operating in the Business Process Service and Outsourcing market. BPeSA creates an enabling environment for our members to network, share knowledge, and collectively contribute to ensuring a vibrant South African industry. We actively engage in growing the industry and market.

We facilitate the industry ecosystem that ensures growth and sustainability.

Vision:

To create a strong and sustainable business process services and offshoring industry association that benefits our members and contribute to the national imperatives of job creation and economic development in South Africa.

Mission:

To actively represent its members’ collective interests and promote the growth and development of the broader Business Process Services industry in South Africa through the following initiatives; Key to BPeSA’s role is building professional skills and career paths within the broader Business Process Service and Outsourcing industry.

Objectives:

• Drive industry growth through domestic and international investment
• Implement Talent & Skills development projects
• Represent the BPS & O nationally and internationally
• Develop and maintain industry standards – SANS 990 (1:3)
• Provide members with strategic support and information on developments
• Facilitate a long term industry value proposition
• Promote the industry to both domestic and international stakeholders
• In partnership with the DTI and provincial bodies attract foreign direct investments and creation of jobs
