Mfanu Mfayela – CEO, BPeSA
Mfanu has worked in strategic positions covering business and product development, business strategy and project management across a range of sectors. He was the founder and publisher of "The Industry of Call Centres and CRM", a premier call centre publication in SA. He is a Registered COPC Coordinator who has had COPC training in India and the US (COPC, Customer Operations Performance Centre - an international call centre accreditation standard/body). He was also a task team member of the ICT Charter Empowerment Working Group and has been CEO of BPeSA since February 2005.
 
  Keryn House, CEO, ContactinGauteng (cig)


Before joining ContactinGauteng, Keryn was a senior Project Manager for Perry and Associates. She was also Director of Textiles, Clothing and Footwear at the dti (Department of Trade & Industry). As the CEO of CiG, she is responsible consolidating and developing the Gauteng BPO industry.
 
  Khwezi Tiya, Executive Manager:  Zone Operations, Coega Development Corporation

Khwezi worked as an engineer and construction manager on various multidisciplinary engineering projects in South Africa.  He joined the Coega Development Corporation as Executive Special Assistant to the CEO.  Shortly thereafter he set up the Zone Operations business unit, to develop and implement the necessary systems to manage the Coega IDZ.

A proven leader and team player, with a record of outstanding commercial and academic achievement, and 12 years management experience in large and mid-sized corporate, SME and start-up companies.Experience gained both in the commercial world and the non-profit sector, in a wide range of industries including business process outsourcing, investment banking, Government, consultancy, media and publishing, property management and technology.
   
 

Willaim Goldstone, CEO, KZNonSource

William, a telecommunications solution development expert was appointed 1 July 2005 to the position of CEO of KZNonSOURCE, bringing with him 15years experience in the field of telecommunications in both the public and private sector.  His vision for KZNonSOURCE is underpinned by his drive to directly contribute to job creation and skills development in KwaZulu-Natal. William is passionate about life long learning and is currently studying corporate law.  He is a member of the Institute of Directors.He is currently Chairperson of GeoTechnology (Pty) LTD and South African Commutes Federation.
