BPESA Membership 2017

The BPESA membership structure has remained the cornerstone of our industry development initiatives providing networking opportunities, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice, and creating an enabling environment for our members and the industry at large. We are excited to introduce a new BPESA membership structure.

The new structure will complement the adoption of a more aggressive marketing strategy which is centred on three key areas; direct international investor marketing, increased domestic market focus, and sharing industry best practice. The new membership structure offers bespoke packages across the BPO value chain which include client, outsourcer operator, captive operator, and vendor packages, and have been designed to add value to all of our stakeholders within the environments in which they operate.

New benefits across the various packages will include:
• Overseas Trade missions to Australia and the USA
• Industry global best practice round tables
• Bi annual user group sessions
• Panel speaking opportunity at the annual BPM Investor Summit,
• And others.

Over and above these new benefits members will continue to have access to existing benefits such as access to a growing network of business professionals, leading international and local brands, knowledge sharing opportunities, training and development, and various engagement platforms for your business. The new membership fee structure will allow members to be able to customize their membership package and align this with the organizational strategy by purchasing standalone items.
